Signature Policy
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from Dotcom Wine & Spirits. All packages sent out by Dotcom Wine & Spirits REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine!

Returns
Dotcom Wine & Spirits is committed to 110% customer satisfaction! If you find any errors regarding type of wine, please immediately call our order department (866-363-4404) or send an e-mail to info@dotcomwines.com. Return shipping will be paid for by Dotcom Wine & Spirits for errors on the part of Dotcomwines.com. In the event an ordering mistake is made by a customer, situations will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please understand that for errors by customers resulting in a return, return shipping will be incurred by the customer.

Vintages & Vintage Substitutions
While we may occasionally have backed vintages in our inventory, we typically carry the most current vintage available from the winery. For wines priced $19.99 and below, we reserve the right to substitute the current vintage unless otherwise specified by the customer in the "Comments/Special Instructions" field of the order.

Typographical Errors and State Minimums
Dotcom Wine & Spirits is not responsible for typographic errors found on this website. We are subject to Connecticut State law minimums and can't further discount certain wines. In the event of a mistake State minimum pricing applies. While we endeavor to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, prices, vintages, and availability change quickly and without notice from our suppliers. We will contact you by email or telephone regarding all vintage, price, and availability changes.
